Job description:
Sint Maarten’s premier adult entertainment venue, is seeking talented and captivating dancers to join our team.
Dancers will perform topless on stage, entertain guests in our seductive atmosphere, and engage with customers to promote drink sales and private dances.
You will have the opportunity to showcase your talents in a fun, professional environment that values class, charm, and an outgoing personality.
Potential Earnings:
Competitive earnings through tips, drink commissions, and private dance fees.
Potential to earn significantly based on performance and sales.
Lenght of contract:
6-month minimum contract, with the option to extend.
If the contract is broken before the first 3 months, the dancer must reimburse administrative costs incurred by the club ($1400).
Commissions:
Drink Sales:
Earn 10% in chips on all bottles sold by the dancer to her client.
$2 commission per drink offered by customers (first two chips each night are for the house).
Private Dances:
Customer pays $30 per song (club collects), and the dancer pays the club $10 for up to 5 dances; $8 per dance after the 5th.
Commissions are paid at the end of the dancer’s contract.
Salary:
Dancers earn through a combination of tips, commissions on drinks, and fees from private dances.
Dress code:
Elegant, sexy attire is mandatory.
Dancers must change their outfits at least three times per night.
No jeans are allowed in the club or on stage.
Documents:
Criminal record (not older than 1 month, translated into English).
Medical letter (less than 1 month old) certifying good health, no STDs.
Color copy of all passport pages (passport must not expire within 6 months of travel date).
Four (4) ID photos (3 x 5 inches).
Signed employment contract in both English and native language.
Signed Affidavit and Contract.
Minimum age: 21 years old.
Accommodation:
Free accommodation provided by the club (2-3 dancers per room).
Transport:
Dancers are responsible for organizing and paying for their own air travel.
Requirements:
Minimum age of 21 years.
Professional presentation in dress, makeup, hairstyle, and attitude.
Outgoing personality, ability to engage with customers, and promote a lively environment.
Must be able to perform topless stage dances and private dances.
