Job description:

This club is a five-star strip club with influences from the world’s most exotic dance clubs, featuring dancers from around the globe. You'll entertain both local and international clientele, providing an unforgettable night of fun and excitement.
As a dancer, you'll perform pole dances, engage with customers, and help sell drinks and champagne to enhance the club's premium experience.

Potential Earnings:

Dancers have the opportunity to earn up to ¥150,000 per night (approximately $1,000 USD).
Earnings include commissions from drink and champagne sales, tips, and private dances. With the right energy and dedication, dancers can maximize their earnings while enjoying the upscale environment the club offers.

Lenght of contract:

The initial contract is for 1-3 months, with potential extensions based on performance.

Commissions:

Single Drinks:
¥500 (minus 10.21% tax)
Double Drinks: ¥1,000 (minus 10.21% tax)

Private Dance Commissions:
¥5,000 per dance (minus 10.21% tax)
Cash Payment for Private Dances: ¥7,000 per dance

Champagne Sales:
20% commission on bottles sold (¥5,000-¥10,000 commission on higher-end bottles).

Salary:

There is no fixed hourly payment, but dancers can earn substantial income through drink sales, tips, and private dances.
Average earnings can reach ¥150,000 per night with the potential for even higher earnings on busy nights.

Dress code:

Dancers can wear traditional exotic dancer attire and shoes.

Documents:

Valid passport and visa/work permit.
Two photos for promotional use: one for the website and one for social media.
Both photos will be edited to ensure dancer privacy.

Accommodation:

The club does not provide accommodation for dancers but assists in finding affordable options nearby. Housing is typically located close to the club and can often be shared with other dancers.

Transport:

Transport to Japan is to be paid by the dancer.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Dancers should have experience with pole dancing and hostess-style entertainment.
Must be able to work at least 4-5 days a week, from 7 PM to closing.
Professionalism and a positive attitude are essential.
